The Workery is seeking a driven sales professional to own the inbound B2C sales cycle for the UK market. You will be the first voice prospects hear, close deals, and help learners choose the right online training program.

You’ll join a collaborative Business Development team and work with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Finance, and Student Support to scale UK growth. English fluency and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• Fluent, lived-in English for daily interactions with UK prospects.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven experience in B2C sales or student recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound B2C leads from marketing campaigns.
• Identify fit by listening to learner goals and recommending programs.
• Manage entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Suggest process improvements to boost selling speed and effectiveness.
