Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Senior Licensing Manager – UEFA to lead the UEFA Masterlicense program, owning client relationships and driving strategic licensing plans across Europe.

The role is on-site in Paris or Manchester, requiring 5+ years in licensing, 3+ years in management, and proven contract negotiation with royalty processes. You will partner with senior leadership to maximize licensing revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the licensing industry.
• 5+ years of experience in customer and client relations, with strategic partnerships at senior level.
• 3+ years of management experience, directing teams and evaluating performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of the UEFA licensing P&L and strategic objectives.
• Oversee contract negotiation and royalty reporting with Legal and Finance teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across licensing, legal, and operations to achieve program goals.
• Represent FLM at industry events to strengthen relationships and Fanatics' position in Europe.
