Job summary

IMG, a leading global sports marketing agency, is seeking an experienced sponsorship senior to drive worldwide brand partnerships for the EuroLeague project from Paris or Berlin. You will build a robust pipeline across continental Europe and convert prospects into commercial deals, collaborating with the EuroLeague team, pre-GTM and senior marketers.

Fluent English, a strong brand network, and proven ability to close major partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years' experience in partnership sales with a proven record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience winning brand and agency partners through a structured, pipeline-led approach.
• Solid network of brands in Europe.
• Experience working with a rights holder to drive business development goals.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong sponsorship results for the project at global level.
• Identify new categories and revenue lines for the project with the pre-GTM team.
• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of brand prospects across continental Europe.
• Drive outbound activity to generate commercial conversations and close deals.
• Present bespoke partnership proposals to senior brand and agency decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM, reporting, forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
