Fanatics is seeking a Senior Licensing Manager – UEFA to lead the UEFA Masterlicense program, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth across Europe. The role partners with senior leadership to execute strategic licensing plans, with a focus on operational excellence, data-driven decisions, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will own the day-to-day P&L for the UEFA licensing unit, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure timely royalty reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years in licensing with client relationships.
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Experience in contract negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UEFA licensing business unit and manage client licenses and royalty programs.
• Oversee contract negotiations and licensing agreements with legal and finance teams.
• Manage day-to-day licensing operations, reporting, and performance against targets.
• Represent Fanatics at industry events to strengthen European partnerships.
