Qualifications

• 8+ years of licensing experience with 3+ years in senior role.
• Strong P&L ownership and revenue growth track record.
• Experience across sports and lifestyle/entertainment licensing.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
