Alstom is seeking a Turnkey Tender Requirement Manager to lead requirement management for turnkey transport system bids and ensure compliant, competitive offers. You will drive RM during tender, identify and allocate customer requirements, and provide clear inputs to Bid Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with Requirement Management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Comply Pro).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Experience in international tenders, preferably rail/infra.
• Strong knowledge of project management and tender governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor the Requirement Management process during tender phase.
• Identify, structure and allocate customer requirements to tender teams.
• Coordinate analysis and validate responses with Bid Manager.
• Provide progress tracking and reporting on requirement activities.
• Present bid non-compliances and define qualifications.
• Set up and manage requirements database using DOORS.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of RM process across teams.
• Support AI-based tools deployment to improve RM efficiency.
