• Demonstrated experience using Jira.
• Demonstrated experience proposing UX/UI improvements to deliver business value.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing web-based applications and APIs.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with web-based databases and reports.
• Demonstrated experience with version control (GitHub or Subversion).
• Demonstrated experience managing Tier 1–3 support via service management systems.
• Demonstrated experience creating SOPs, workflows, knowledge bases, and deployment checklists.
• Demonstrated experience with compliance or performance management applications.
• ServiceNow Developer certification.
