Tesla Laboratories is seeking a Systems Integrator to join our agile team in Chantilly, France. You will align with the Sponsor's product owner and program manager to deliver user stories, ensure solutions meet requirements, and guide data-driven workflows.

You will lead agile development, work with diverse user bases, and help train users on enterprise technologies. This role offers growth within a growing SDVOSB and opportunities to contribute to mission-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading agile development teams.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.
• Demonstrated experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver user stories necessary to realize the Sponsor's product vision.
• Coordinate with Sponsor organization to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and users can apply them.
• Apply an agile approach to software and technical workflow development with a focus on releasable features every iteration.
