360Learning is seeking a Trainer to be the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team, empowering clients to master our Collaborative Learning platform and methodology for lasting engagement.

You will own the One-to-Many offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) and ensure every client from day one has the knowledge to make their project successful, building a scalable learning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Empower clients to master the Collaborative Learning platform and methodology for long-term engagement.
• Own the One-to-Many offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) to ensure clients start strong and stay successful.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to tailor training to client friction points and needs.
