Job summary

360Learning seeks a Pedagogical and Platform Expert to empower clients to master our Collaborative Learning platform and methodology. You will own the One-to-Many offering (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) and help clients achieve long-term engagement from day one.

You will work with Customer Success and Product teams to address friction points, shadow existing workflows, and build scalable learning ecosystems that drive client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in client-facing Customer Success/Care roles.
• Excellent writing skills in German, English, and French.
• Strong listening and teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Host Stadium webinars and Engagement Academy sessions within defined timeframes.
• Identify and implement updates to Engagement Academy aligned with product releases.
• Lead projects to improve One-to-Many strategy and training catalog.
• Onboard and mentor new Trainers and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
