Cross Border Talents in Lyon, France, is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and personalized assistance across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will engage via phone, email, and chat to understand needs and guide customers to solutions.

This role requires fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products, or services when assistance is needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, procedures, and policies through continuous training.
