Cross Borders Talents in Lisbon or Porto is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, email and social media, delivering friendly and effective support.

Fluent in French and English, you will resolve questions about orders, product information and tech issues, adapt brand voice, log cases accurately, and help brands build positive relationships with customers.

What Youll Be Doing
