Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in France to be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels. You will resolve inquiries about orders, accounts, payments, products, and services, recording interactions accurately and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Fluency in French and English is required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
