Bigblue is a fast-growing logistics tech company building a Europe-wide transportation network. We are seeking a Transportation Manager to lead the new transportation team, reporting to an executive with Amazon background.

The role focuses on improving service levels, capacity, costs, and reducing carbon footprint across Europe. You will own end-to-end transportation processes, manage a carriers portfolio, and drive cross-functional projects with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supply Chain/ Transportation/Project Management experience.
• Master's degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation or related field.
• Excellent communication in French & English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to scope, lead and deliver moderately complex projects.

Responsabilités

• End to End owner of all Transportation processes from collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery at final customer.
• Animate carriers portfolio through performance review and operations readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement or growth projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to develop and monitor Transportation KPI set.
• Support other departments (Customer Care, Warehouse, Product) as needed.
• Support Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research, and carrier sourcing.
