Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane is seeking a Transformation & Digital Controlling team leader to drive the financial transformation of our manufacturing environment. You will lead a 4-person team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to secure targets and deliver accurate monthly and annual forecasts.

You will own planning for IM Run Costs, CPP Portfolio Controlling, NewERP/DDMS projects, and capital expenditure, ensuring savings, cost rebalancing, and proper EaC traceability across

Qualifications

• Lead a 4-person Transformation & Digital Controlling team.
• Experience in cost planning and rolling forecasts for multi-country (France, Germany, Spain).
• Ability to consolidate financial reporting for portfolios and projects.
• Capex and EaC capitalisation management.

Responsabilités

• Drumbeat IM recurring costs and deliver monthly reporting.
• Build planning and deliver Rolling Forecasts and 3-year forecasts.
• Manage IM chargeback and intercompany cost rebalancing.
• Secure project financial reporting and cost planning across CPP portfolio.
• Oversee NewERP, DDMS, and other Digital/Transformation projects’ business cases.
• Capex reporting, depreciation planning, and EiS alignment.
• Support RoI assessments for Digital Innovation projects.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Transformation & Digital Controlling team leader (f/m) to join the Finance Department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:

As a pivotal member of the Transformation & Digital Controlling team, you will stand at the heart of our company's evolution and drumbeat the related financial impacts.

You will manage a team of 4 people.

Your main responsibilities are:

EII - IM Run Costs (€200m)

• Drumbeat IM recurring costs (in France, Germany and Spain) to secure adherence to target and deliver the financial reporting (monthly excl Jan & July),
• Build the proper planning (OP and Budget) and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3 YE forecasts
• Be responsible for the IM chargeback to functions (in France and Germany) and intercompany cost rebalancing
• Participate to CFTs as finance focal point and support all improvement initiatives targeting saving (SCORE)
• Secure EII Function cost follow-up and good delta recovery adherence
• Follow-up the BCase for the IM Insourcing project (up to 2029) and secure expected savings
• Align with the IM group finance team on the Group CFT and specific project and processes

CPP Portfolio Controlling (€225m - 180 projects)

• In deep collaboration with the CPP Portfolio responsible secure projects adherence to Target and proper company arbitration
• Support the Portfolio responsible in his task of process definition and arbitration process
• Manage all stakeholder (Function representatives / Technical authorities / Finance focal point) and be the single source of Truth for all data
• Deliver the financial reporting (monthly excl Jan & July) of the 4 layers incl detail per projects
• Build the proper planning (OP) after project arbitration and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3 YE forecasts after intermediate arbitration loop
• In all that you will have to secure the saving estimation for each projects and the function adherence in including them in their OP
• Secure the proper yearly German/France cost rebalancing for major projects financed centrally (Group Cost) and support the Blaue Mappe audit review in Germany

Project controller of NewERP (€45m) DDMS (€20m) and other Digital/Transfo Projects (45m€ - 65 projects)

• Be the safeguard of the Business case and its evolutions / EaC for major projects and secure saving traceability
• Deliver for all projects the monthly reporting to the project team and secure planning (OP and 3 FCs), Secure year end landing in adherence to target.
• Ensure the proper capitalisation of cost for ERP & DDPS and align with the Group on recharging

Function controlling and IM Capex (€20m) Controlling

• Secure reporting and planning for the EI other scope
• Secure IM capex arbitration and project follow, Asset follow-up, proper EiS and planning of depreciation scheme

Digital Innovation Controlling

• Support the Digital innovation team in defining project financial assessment and RoI expected (including Artificial Intelligence projects)
