Jobgether is partnered to recruit a Team Lead Dating Media Buying based in France. The role blends hands-on campaign management with strategic leadership, overseeing high-budget campaigns across multiple sources and geographies while mentoring a team of media buyers.

You will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with BI, Product, and Creative teams to drive growth and ROI. A fast-paced, international setting offers opportunities for measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in media buying or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success scaling high-spend campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of performance data and ROI optimization.
• Ability to develop media buying strategies and translate objectives into plans.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring a team.

Responsabilités

• Own, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns across traffic sources and geographies.
• Develop growth strategies and test campaigns, funnels, and creative angles.
• Use data-driven insights to improve campaign outcomes and processes.
• Build relationships with partners, negotiate deals, and identify new revenue streams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop media buyers; set KPIs and expectations.
• Improve workflows and campaign structures for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with BI, Product, and Creative teams to maximize results.
• Stay informed on industry changes and new advertising tools.
