Ledger is seeking a mid-level contractor for its Total Rewards team in Paris. You will run data-driven compensation analyses, support year-end cycles, and assist with bonus plan design and reporting for executive audiences. Strong Excel, benchmarking experience, and fluency in English are essential.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Total Rewards and C&B Expert, handling Workday data and equity-related tasks, while ensuring accuracy and governance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• C&B-specific experience is required; broader HR analytics without C&B exposure will not be considered.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred (Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, scenario modelling, audit-proof workbooks, large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Support year-end compensation, merit, performance, and bonus review data prep and validation.
• Assist in modelling and scenario analysis; produce auditable outputs for board-level reporting.
• Support bonus plan design reviews: updating slide decks and payout range modelling.
• Perform ad hoc C&B tasks: Workday uploads, equity grant validation, market benchmarking analytics.
