Ledger is offering an internship in Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) to work with the Head of Total Rewards (London) and the Paris-based Compensation & Benefits Expert. You will perform pay equity analytics, data preparation, and support for the EU Pay Transparency Directive while helping to maintain equity platforms and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Econometrics).
• Advanced mathematical analytics with strong statistical modeling and variance tracking; Excel proficiency required.
• Interest or experience with AI tooling and workflow automation (Claude, Gemini).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Pay equity modeling, data prep, variance testing, and baseline analyses for audits.
• Support EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness through statistical reporting on compensation trends.
• Create and validate equity grant lists; liaise with HR Ops and Legal.
• Develop dashboards to monitor global equity distribution, vesting, and dilution.
