The role requires 4+ years in C&B, a quantitative degree, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Radford/Comptryx and Workday is highly valued, with collaboration across European markets a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards with C&B exposure.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred (Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel is non-negotiable: pivot tables, scenario modelling, audit-proof workbooks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and validate data for annual merit, performance, and bonus review cycles.
• Model salary budgets and update merit matrices with market data.
• Support bonus plan reviews and payout range modelling; update documentation with AI tools.
