Schneider Electric is seeking a Time and Attendance specialist based in Grenoble, France, to own end-to-end Time and Attendance and payroll integration for ~16,000 employees. You will work with France operations, IT, and suppliers to secure accurate payroll and drive system evolutions.
You will draft functional specs, lead testing, support deployments, and monitor legal updates. Fluent English is recommended, and SAP/Microsoft tools experience is required to collaborate cross-functionally.
Within People Operations France, you will help secure time management and its integration with payroll for a scope of approximately 16,000 employees in France.
You will operate at the heart of Time and Attendance processes, working with France operational teams, Europe People Operations, IT teams and suppliers.
This role is based in France, in Grenoble (preferably) or in Grenoble.
Thiere i no relocation for this role.
You will ensure end-to-end control of Time and Attendance, covering both run activities and system evolutions.
As the business expert for your dedicated scope, you will secure payroll, support legal and internal changes, contribute to business projects and drive information system evolutions.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 51.680 - EUR 77.520 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
