Description du poste

Join Schneider Electric and shape the future of energy flexibility

As electrification accelerates, renewable energy penetration increases, and power systems become increasingly complex, Schneider Electric is investing in a new generation of software solutions to help customers access cleaner, more resilient and more affordable energy.

The Energy Flexibility Management System (EFMS) is a strategic initiative supporting Schneider Electric's vision for the future energy landscape. EFMS combines Artificial Intelligence, Energy Management, Distributed Energy Resources orchestration and advanced optimization capabilities to help industrial sites, critical infrastructure and data centers manage their energy consumption and production in real time.

The solution enables customers to:

  • Optimize energy costs and carbon footprint.
  • Increase resilience and operational continuity.
  • Maximize renewable energy utilization.
  • Participate in grid services and flexibility programs.
  • Accelerate their decarbonization journey.
  • Better manage increasingly complex energy ecosystems.

To support the development and industrialization of this strategic offer, we are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager who will drive execution across a highly distributed international ecosystem.

Your Role

As Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of the EFMS roadmap, ensuring alignment between business strategy, product vision, architecture, development, validation and customer commitments.

You will operate at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, Architecture and Agile Delivery, ensuring that a distributed Team of Teams consistently delivers value while maintaining predictability, quality and execution excellence.

This role combines elements of Program Management, Agile-at-Scale leadership and stakeholder orchestration in a highly visible strategic program.

Your Missions
Lead Program Execution
  • Own the overall execution of the EFMS roadmap and release plans.
  • Drive delivery of major program milestones and strategic commitments.
  • Maintain visibility on planning, risks, dependencies and execution progress.
  • Monitor delivery predictability and support informed decision making.
  • Ensure alignment between scope, schedule, quality and business priorities.
  • Drive execution while maintaining focus on customer value.
Manage Complex Cross-Functional Dependencies
  • Coordinate dependencies across software, AI, energy optimization, analytics and automation domains.
  • Ensure synchronization between product, architecture, development and validation organizations.
  • Facilitate technical and organizational alignment across teams.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Engage with senior leaders, product leadership and engineering management.
  • Facilitate program-level decisions and prioritization discussions.
  • Communicate risks, opportunities and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Build trust and alignment across a broad stakeholder community.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement in key program ceremonies and governance activities.
Drive Risk Management & Program Performance
  • Identify execution risks and establish mitigation plans.
  • Monitor program health using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
  • Support resource and capacity planning.
  • Ensure teams maintain a strong focus on product quality and customer outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices.
What Makes This Role Unique

This is not a traditional project management position. EFMS is a highly strategic and visible initiative involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, evolving organizational structures and strong executive interest.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Navigate a complex and highly matrixed environment.
  • Influence without direct authority.
  • Build consensus across organizations with different objectives.
  • Facilitate difficult trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
  • Align business, product and engineering stakeholders around common goals.
  • Maintain delivery focus while managing organizational complexity.

This role requires excellent political awareness, strong interpersonal intelligence and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Management or equivalent leadership positions.
  • Proven experience managing complex software, digital platform or product development programs.
  • Strong experience leading Agile multi-team organizations and working within Agile-at-Scale environments.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders in highly matrixed international organizations.
  • Experience working across geographically distributed teams and multicultural environments.
  • Exposure to Energy Management, Industrial Software, Power Systems, Smart Grid or Digital Energy solutions is highly desirable.
Your Skills
  • Strong program leadership and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex roadmaps, dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organizational influence skills.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build alignment across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering and Business teams.
  • Strong systems thinking and decision-making skills in uncertain and evolving environments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution focus.
  • Resilience, adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent English required.

We know that skills can show up in many ways and may be based on your life experience. If you do not necessarily meet every single requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply.
