Schneider Electric seeks an Executive Assistant to partner with our leadership team in France. You will keep executives productive, manage calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare reports and presentations for decision-making.

You will act as a liaison across stakeholders, support strategic initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for growth within Schneider Electric.

What will you do?
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate travel to ensure seamless scheduling across priorities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications that support executive decision-making
  • Serve as a key liaison between leadership and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 34.480 - EUR 51.720 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
