Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking an Instagram Channel Manager to own and grow our Instagram presence. You will publish across Reels, feed, carousels, Stories and partner with designers to bring AI-powered creative formats to life.

You will test formats at high velocity, analyze performance with Instagram Insights, and build recurring content series that engage creators and fans. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ with a generous work-from-anywhere day allowance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel experience managing Instagram, social channels or creator-led accounts.
• Deep Instagram and Reels knowledge and distribution understanding.
• Strong short-form craft, hooks, pacing and retention.
• Independent creative drive with ideation skills.
• Production and briefing skills for designers and editors.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to use insights for decisions.
• AI curiosity and excellent English are essential.
• Nice to have: growth track record on Instagram with Reels.

Responsibilities

• Own the Instagram channel: grow views, reach, engagement and audience.
• Publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories and other formats.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity, and tech.
• Catch trends early and turn opportunities into content.
• Direct the creative team and translate launches into Instagram content.
• Experiment at high velocity and test hooks, styles and captions.
• Monitor data and build follow-ups from winning formats.
• Build an active presence by engaging with comments and creators.
