Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Test and Yield Engineer to join their team remotely, focused on electrical and optical characterization and wafer-test data analysis.

You will own end-to-end data analysis, design Python-based pipelines, develop models, run DOE, and build dashboards that scale from R&D wafers to production. This role suits hands-on engineers with strong roots in data, statistics, and semiconductor test, collaborating closely with fab/ R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with wafer-level test data analysis.
• Ability to design data pipelines and analysis tools in Python.
• Familiarity with DOE methods and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis of wafer-level test data.
• Develop phenomenological or statistical models for yield.

• Run DOE campaigns and support changes with layout/tape-out.

My client is looking for a Test and Yield Engineer to join their team remotely, with deep expertise in electrical and optical characterisation to own analysis of wafer test data as it comes out their partner's fab line and internal R&D equipment.

About the Role

• Owning end-to-end analysis of wafer-level test
• Designing and building a data pipeline and analysis toolset (Python)
• Developing phenomenological or statistical models
• Run root-cause analysis
• Design and execution of DOEs during short loops, and engineering change requests
• Building dashboards and reporting that scale from R&D wafers
• Closing the loop with layout and tape-out

If you have experience with wafer fab data, optical testing, and structured root-cause methodologies in a fab/foundry environment.
