reesmarx is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to be the technical face of the brand in France. The role involves delivering engaging product training to distributors and HVAC professionals, collaborating with the sales team on demonstrations and launches, and expanding the training network across France.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/R or similar technical hardware environments.
• Proven track record delivering technical training, demonstrations or workshops.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Excellent relationship-building when working with distributors and customers.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel ~50% across France.

Overview

Our client is a well-established, family-owned manufacturer of professional HVAC diagnostic tools with over 30 years of industry expertise and an exciting growth journey across Europe. We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to become the technical face of the brand across France, working alongside the sales team to deliver engaging product training, build relationships with distributors and education partners, and help drive product adoption across the French market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical product training to distributors, contractors, training centres and HVAC professionals
• Support the sales team with customer demonstrations, technical events and product launches
• Develop and adapt technical training content for the French market
• Build relationships with education partners and expand the company's training network
• Recruit and support a network of Ambassadors to extend training capacity across France
• Represent the business at trade shows, customer events and industry exhibitions

Qualifications

• Experience within the HVAC/R industry or another technical hardware environment
• Previous experience delivering technical training, product demonstrations or customer workshops
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences
• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence working with distributors and customers
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel approximately 50% across France
