reesmarx is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to be the technical face of the brand in France. The role involves delivering engaging product training to distributors and HVAC professionals, collaborating with the sales team on demonstrations and launches, and expanding the training network across France.

You will tailor content for the French market, build strong partner relationships, and recruit ambassadors to scale training capacity while representing the company at trade shows and

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/R or similar technical hardware environments.
• Proven track record delivering technical training, demonstrations or workshops.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Excellent relationship-building when working with distributors and customers.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel ~50% across France.

Responsabilités

• Deliver technical product training to distributors, contractors, training centres and HVAC professionals.
• Support sales with customer demonstrations, events and launches.
• Develop and adapt training content for the French market.
• Build relationships with education partners and expand the training network.
• Recruit and support Ambassadors to extend training capacity across France.
• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
