Euro London is seeking a Technical Trainer - Operations to support its growing activities in France. This hands-on, field-based role involves delivering practical training, supporting launches and ensuring compliance with quality standards across partner locations near Paris.

You will visit sites across Paris to train teams on procedures and tools, conduct audits and coaching, and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

We are recruiting a Technical Trainer - Operations for a fast-growing international company developing its activities in France.

This is a hands-on, field-based role combining training, operational support and quality standards. You will regularly visit partner locations across Paris and the surrounding area to support operational teams, deliver practical training and ensure that processes and standards are implemented consistently.

You will work closely with internal teams and report to a Senior Manager.

This is an opportunity to use your operational experience in a broader training and field-based role, working directly with partner teams across multiple locations.

You will join an international business at an important stage of its development in France and have the opportunity to contribute directly to its growth.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver practical, hands-on training to teams at partner locations
• Train teams on procedures, operational standards and relevant tools
• Support new launches and provide follow-up coaching where required
• Carry out operational and quality audits and assess site readiness and performance
• Work closely with internal teams to support successful implementation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Travel regularly across Paris and the surrounding area

What we're looking for

• Fluent French and English
• At least 4 years' experience in a similar hands-on operational role
• Previous experience managing, coaching or training teams on site
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
• Willingness to travel regularly

• €40,000-€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
