Vazyme in Paris seeks a field technician to install, maintain and train users on domestic and overseas laboratory instruments such as extractors and automated pipettes.

You will respond promptly to customer needs, guide remote troubleshooting, and deliver both on-site and remote training to customers worldwide, with up to 70% travel across Europe. Collaboration with sales and service teams is essential for successful deployments.

• Mainly responsible for the installation, maintenance, and training of domestic and overseas client equipment and instruments in the molecular biology field of the company.
• Timely response to customer demands, able to flexibly use various remote processing methods to guide and solve emergency situations of client devices.
• Provide training on equipment operation, fault handling, and technical application for internal and external customers of the company.
