Gigs is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to anchor our support operations and own a healthy queue. You will diagnose complex provisioning and API failures across the stack, guiding both business customers and end users with clear, actionable solutions.

You will investigate API logs, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and translate technical root causes into accessible customer guidance while feeding insights back to Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing complex provisioning and API failures.
• Proven ability to trace REST workflows and debug Webhooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing support.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical resolution beyond fixes to prevent reoccurrence.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and network-related incidents end-to-end.
• Mentor Tier 1 support to handle escalations independently.
