Gigs in Paris is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to act as a technical partner for customers, helping them successfully launch integrations using the Gigs API. This role requires leading customer implementations, coordinating across departments, and providing key technical guidance on integration.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS tech company, exceptional project management skills, and a strong technical and commercial mindset. Gigs offers competitive compensation and stock options, along with a collaborative and flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management.
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and influence product development.
• Master of communication, able to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Proactive, creative, and hands-on in tackling challenges.

Responsabilités

• Deliver customer implementations by carefully scoping and delivering the perfect implementation.
• Act as a key technical contact, advising customers on the best implementation path.
• Serve as a user flow advisor and subject matter expert on UX/UI.
• Manage complex implementations and projects using project management tools.
• Coordinate across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Spot new features that could unlock use cases and collaborate to implement them.
• Understand commercial fundamentals to ensure successful delivery.
