Gigs is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our support operations. You will own a healthy queue and ensure the entire operation runs smoothly, responding to both business customers and end users.

You will escalate complex connectivity challenges, debug API logs, and troubleshoot live network issues, translating root causes into clear customer solutions while feeding insights back to Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging APIs using tools like Postman to trace issues.
• Strong problem-solving mindset in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to customers.
• Ability to take ownership of queue and drive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical resolution beyond standard fixes for provisioning and API failures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues at network level and guide customers to resolution.
• Mentor Tier 1 support to handle escalations independently.
• Translate technical findings into clear customer communications and documentation.
• Shape the platform by advocating bug fixes and feature improvements based on support data.
