Gigs is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to anchor our support operations for enterprise and end users. You will own escalations, diagnose API and connectivity issues, and translate technical findings into clear customer guidance.

You’ll mentor Tier 1 and feed insights to Product and Engineering to improve the platform. Based in Europe, you will work with global teams, helping customers connect to the Gigs API and dashboard while shaping the support roadmap and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience debugging APIs and monitoring tools.
• Ability to diagnose complex provisioning and connectivity issues.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to customers.

Aufgaben

• Drive technical resolution beyond fixes for provisioning and API failures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity incidents and guide customers to resolution.
• Mentor Tier 1 support and unblock escalated tickets.
• Translate technical findings into accessible documentation.
• Advise product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
