Jobtailor is seeking a technical solutions engineer to support sales teams and customers in defining optimized HVAC and Data Center solutions. You will analyze requirements and propose efficient, scalable options, working with a team of technical experts.

You will size and select solutions using simulation and sizing tools, gain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, and contribute to high-quality exchanges with European customers, leveraging strong English and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with HVAC/energy specialization.
• Experience in technical/industrial/energy environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn products, tools, methods.
• Proficient technical English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, customer focus, and multitasking with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning or energy systems.
• Experience with selection, sizing or simulation tools.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Center cooling is a plus.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a specialization in mechanical engineering, energy, HVAC, refrigeration or air conditioning
• Initial experience in a technical, industrial or energy-related environment would be an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly and become familiar with products, technical tools and internal methods
• Technical English proficiency required, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, customer focus and ability to work with several stakeholders in parallel
• Good understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning or energy systems
• Ability to use technical selection, sizing or simulation tools
• Capacity to analyze technical data and translate customer needs into relevant solution proposals
• Knowledge of Data Center cooling applications would be an advantage
