ARKEON Energy in Gennevilliers is seeking a bid & tender engineer to monitor tenders, coordinate cost estimates, and draft technical proposals for HVAC projects.

You will analyze customer needs, respond to calls for tender, and negotiate through to contract signing, leveraging CRM tools and costing software. Strong communication, autonomy, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education diploma (2- to 5-year level) in HVAC engineering, thermal engineering, business, or an engineering school.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in the HVAC, building services, or technical building engineering sector.
• Proven experience responding to public and/or private tenders.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, detailed technical specifications (CCTP), and technical documentation.
• Proficient in costing tools and preparing commercial proposals/price offers.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Personal qualities: strong interpersonal and client-relationship skills, autonomy, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
