Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Train-the-Trainer facilitator to build and deliver programs for Carrier's priority commercial HVAC equipment across Europe, certifying trainers and serving as a technical expert. You will support commissioning, pilot projects, and first-of-a-kind installations, while mentoring field technicians and gathering insights to improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in HVAC service and applications.
• Strong expertise in water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and heat pumps.
• In-depth knowledge of screw, centrifugal, and scroll compressor technologies.
• Proven expertise in controls, commissioning, diagnostics, and system optimization.
• Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, and CCN communication protocols.
• Technical credibility with experienced technicians and engineers.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning.
• Experience in technical training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer within a service or engineering environment.
• Solid understanding of large-scale HVAC applications across commercial, industrial, district energy, and critical cooling environments.
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment is a strong asset.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy Train-the-Trainer programs for Carrier's priority commercial equipment.

• Certify trainers on priority HVAC technologies.
• Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for complex service and application topics.
• Support commissioning, pilot projects, and first-of-a-kind installations.
• Monitor and support trained populations through follow-up coaching and refresher interventions.
• Provide ongoing technical mentorship to field technicians.
• Gather field insights and feedback to improve training effectiveness and technical capability.
• Develop and review trainer guides, commissioning procedures, troubleshooting tools, and technical case studies.
• Ensure training content remains accurate, aligned with field needs, and reflective of product evolution.
• Collaborate with Service Academies, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Service Operations.
