Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Train-the-Trainer facilitator to build and deliver programs for Carrier's priority commercial HVAC equipment across Europe, certifying trainers and serving as a technical expert. You will support commissioning, pilot projects, and first-of-a-kind installations, while mentoring field technicians and gathering insights to improve training effectiveness.

Proven experience in HVAC service, strong knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and compressor technologies, plus

Qualifications

Significant hands-on experience in HVAC service and applications.
Strong expertise in water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and heat pumps.
In-depth knowledge of screw, centrifugal, and scroll compressor technologies.
Proven expertise in controls, commissioning, diagnostics, and system optimization.
Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, and CCN communication protocols.
Technical credibility with experienced technicians and engineers.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning.
Experience in technical training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer within a service or engineering environment.
Solid understanding of large-scale HVAC applications across commercial, industrial, district energy, and critical cooling environments.
Experience in an international or multi-country environment is a strong asset.
Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

Build and deploy Train-the-Trainer programs for Carrier's priority commercial equipment.
Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to country trainers and technical champions across Europe.
Certify trainers on priority HVAC technologies.
Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for complex service and application topics.
Support commissioning, pilot projects, and first-of-a-kind installations.
Monitor and support trained populations through follow-up coaching and refresher interventions.
Provide ongoing technical mentorship to field technicians.
Gather field insights and feedback to improve training effectiveness and technical capability.
Develop and review trainer guides, commissioning procedures, troubleshooting tools, and technical case studies.
Ensure training content remains accurate, aligned with field needs, and reflective of product evolution.
Collaborate with Service Academies, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Service Operations.
