• Drive Revenue Growth: Generate sales activity for existing and new customers, directly and in support of Regional Sales Managers.
• Sales Lifecycle Support: Support sales and marketing during prospecting, tender responses (RFP), and product demonstrations.
• Market Presence: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to boost visibility and identify global opportunities.
• Strategic Collateral: Create impactful sales materials and deliver training sessions to clients.
• Client Interface: Act as the operational point of contact for clients and technical partners.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Bridge Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Production to ensure seamless relationships.
• Performance Review: Organise regular client meetings to review campaign performance and satisfaction.
• Insight Gathering: Collect market intelligence and customer needs to refine solution strategies.
