Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse, France is seeking a Solution Manager Satcom Services to define and develop innovative satellite communication solutions aligned with Space Digital strategy. The role covers the full solution lifecycle from concept to deployment and service management, based in Toulouse.

You will work with customers and internal teams to shape requirements, define CONOPS, and drive portfolio decisions while collaborating with engineering and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution management, product management, or technical pre-sales within the satellite communication industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in SATCOM ground segment technologies, space segment capabilities, and network architectures.
• Strong understanding of various SATCOM applications and services.

Responsabilités

• Interact closely with customers, product developers and managers, engineering, procurement and sales to ensure best market fit and define CONOPS.
• Support Sales in customer RFP shaping and inform about Space Digital capabilities vs customer expectations.
• Guide product management with portfolio decisions and ensure alignment with engineering roadmaps.
