Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Technical Customer Support/Business Development professional to help grow Forest & Environment solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams, assist in tender responses, and promote Earth observation services for agriculture and environment projects.

The role involves representing Airbus at industry events, developing strategic collateral, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development, specifically in agricultural commodity markets and sustainability.
• Understanding of remote sensing and geospatial solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 1 trip every 2 months).
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance with recognized authorities.

Responsabilités

• Drive and develop business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, supporting Regional Sales Managers.
• Support tender responses (RFP) and product demos in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Represent Airbus at industry events to boost brand visibility and market opportunities.
• Create strategic collateral and deliver client training to enable solution adoption.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Production to ensure strong client relationships.
• Lead regular client meetings to review campaign performance and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to product evolution and pricing strategies based on market feedback.
