Jobtailor in France is seeking a senior sales & business development leader to drive revenue for the AURA region, coordinate the Lyon team and expand energy conversion solutions across customers and partners. You will lead complex technical proposals, manage the full sales cycle from needs assessment to close, and travel to client sites while balancing Lyon branch activities and remote work.

A background in electrical/electrotechnology/mechanical production engineering, strong Salesforce CRM

Qualifications

• 8 years of business development experience in technical environments, ideally with an installer.
• 3 years of experience coordinating or managing sales teams.
• B2 level written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness to travel to customers and partners.
• Expertise in selling technical solutions.
• Ability to grow revenue and manage the full sales cycle.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth across the AURA region through qualified leads and B2B network.
• Sell technical projects accounting for 70% of the business.
• Lead and manage technical proposals as a project manager.
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs identification to closing.
• Coordinate and provide operational management for the Lyon sales team.
• Develop the business across the AURA region and lead the Lyon branch sales team.
• Sell energy conversion products and solutions including UPS systems, rectifiers/chargers, AES, and STS.
• Travel to customers and partners; balance Lyon branch and remote work.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager and join the Power Conversion team.
