Jobtailor is seeking a senior Engineering Delivery Coordinator in Paris to drive roadmap execution and optimize delivery processes. You will partner with the Head of Software Engineering to ensure timely delivery across multiple teams, balancing priorities and resolving blockers.

The role requires extensive hands-on software engineering experience, leadership of several teams, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in software engineering environments.
• Actively leads or coordinates multiple engineering teams (3+ yrs).
• Hands-on software engineering background.
• Strong SDLC, distributed systems and cross-team dependency knowledge.
• Understanding of Product Management fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile and PMBOK or similar.
• Excellent prioritization, decision-making and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French and Russian are nice to have.

• Facilitate alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams.
• Improve planning, coordination and execution processes using existing ClickUp workflows.
• Operate autonomously across day-to-day engineering delivery coordination and elevate decisions or trade-offs when needed.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of experience in software engineering environments
• At least 3 years in engineering or technical leadership
• Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer
• Experience leading or coordinating multiple engineering teams
• Track record of delivering complex software initiatives and improving execution
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, distributed systems and cross-team dependencies
• Understanding of Product Management fundamentals
• Experience with Agile and structured project management frameworks such as PMBOK or similar
• Strong prioritization, decision-making and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English
• French and Russian are nice to have
