Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT project leader to drive fixed-price projects from scoping to delivery in the digital and technology sector in France. You will oversee budgets, timelines, risk, and governance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and steering committees.

You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, mentor junior managers, and promote AI-enabled practices to drive value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• More than 12 years of solid experience in the digital and technology sector.
• Several years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience coordinating delivery and business teams (MOE/MOA).
• Ability to manage complex projects while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and bring together diverse stakeholders.
• Enjoyment of demanding environments and challenging assignments.
• Pragmatic approach to decision-making.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate difficulties and propose appropriate solutions.

Responsabilités
