Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Paris to maintain and evolve our customer integration applications. You will ensure high-quality, disruption-free integrations while keeping the platform efficient and secure for internal and external clients.

Day-to-day you’ll refine the integration architecture, propose new tools, reduce technical friction, and help the customer-facing teams with configuration updates, all while operating in a multilingual,

Qualifications

• Proven technical skills and project management experience.
• Autonomous, eager to learn and adaptable.
• Experience with business travel or expense domains is a plus.
• Fluent English in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work on customer integrations.

As a Technical Project Manager on the technical team, you will maintain and make evolutions on the integration applications provided to customers (both external and internal). You will keep a high quality standard to ensure no disruption to customers' integrations, while making sure the platform remains efficient and secured.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

Work on refining the existing integration applicative architecture. Propose new tools and new capacities for the existing application. Work on reducing the technical friction. Help the customer facing team to deliver their configuration updates. Ensure the security of the platform is maintained.

What We’re Looking For

Proven technical skills Autonomous, eager to learn the platform Force of proposal for evolutions Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus English: fluent (multicultural and international team).
