Jobtailor is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering and research teams in Paris, ensuring a clear view of work in flight and upcoming releases. You will own the handoff path from research to code-ready releases and maintain clean interfaces for the broader science org.

You will translate complex research progress into concise updates for leadership and stakeholders while thriving in fast-paced environments and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering
• Experience engaging with research work in ML/AI environments
• Strong written and verbal communication to various audiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping it into structure

Responsabilités

• Partner with the team to maintain a shared, accessible view of ongoing work
• Be the team’s operational partner
• Own the operational path from research work to release candidate for code and vibe workstreams
• Keep interfaces clean and high-signal so work integrates with the wider science org
• Translate the team’s work into clear, well-timed updates for leadership and adjacent teams
