Doctolib is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the AI Lab in Paris, France. You will architect the Lab's operating model, align research with product roadmaps, and ensure smooth collaboration across research, data, medical, and legal teams.

You will drive processes, triage partnerships, manage dependencies, and support hiring and ecosystem mapping for a European-scale clinical AI initiative.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of experience in programme management, research operations, or a comparable high‑complexity role, ideally within an AI, engineering, scientific, or product environment
• Ability to design and run processes from scratch, coordinate multiple workstreams across specialist teams, and manage a portfolio of priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones with rigour
• Influence senior stakeholders and expert teams without formal authority, and follow unresolved items until they are resolved
• Communicate with clarity and economy for both non‑technical audiences and precise for technical ones
• Have enough understanding of machine learning to follow research discussions and translate the team's goals; deep domain expertise can be learned on the job
• Fluent in English; working French is required for academic‑administration processes

Responsabilités

• Own the Lab's operating model: design and run core processes, portfolio management, roadmap tracking, async documentation, and decision cadence
• Connect research and product: propose collaborations and oversee bi-annual DS‑Research workshop and monthly on-sites with pre-reads
• Filter and triage partnerships and internal requests; escalate only what merits researcher time
• Track dependencies to resolution: manage data access, compute, contracts, and admin tasks to closure
• Run hiring logistics with Talent Acquisition and maintain candidate communications and scorecards
• Map ecosystem of labs and institutions; plan partnerships, workshops, and data challenges; run first data challenge end to end
• Report Lab needs to product, data, medical, legal, and people teams; communicate outputs and risks to the company
