Jobtailor is seeking a Project Manager to independently run small-scope projects and support a variety of teams across Sales, Engineering, and Compliance in Paris. You will plan work packages, track milestones, and draft minutes for steering committees while contributing to PMO activities and the deployment of a data-driven project management culture.

The role requires a Master’s degree and early career PMO experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from engineering or business school or equivalent.
• Initial professional experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or tech/industrial/defense environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple topics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data structuring/tools.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Interest in AI and software development.
• Autonomy and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage small-scope projects, including trials, studies, service and annotation projects, and deployment work packages
• Plan projects, define work packages and tasks, and track milestones, risks, and deadlines
• Support more senior Project Managers on complex projects
• Prepare steering committees, consolidate schedules, track actions and deliverables, and draft meeting minutes
• Coordinate daily with Sales, Engineering, Annotation, Finance, and Legal & Compliance teams
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and user adoption of products
• Communicate internally and provide reporting on project status, risks, and timelines
• Implement PMO methodology and suggest improvements
• Contribute to PMO activities, including quarter kickoffs, portfolio reviews, project execution tracking, workload planning, and resource allocation
• Produce and ensure accuracy of departmental management reports
• Contribute to the industrialization of project management tools and data structuring
• Develop and maintain the team’s methods, templates, and best practices
• Contribute to the knowledge base, onboarding, project community engagement, and sharing lessons learned
