Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to guide AI projects from ideation through prototyping and productionization, collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams across the company.

You will define technical standards, oversee the use of LLMs, ensure model scalability and interoperability, monitor advances in AI, and mentor teams on best practices while ensuring compliance with AI ethics and GDPR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an AI Tech Lead / Lead Data / Senior ML Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of AI project processes (ideation, experimentation/prototyping, productionization).
• Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, the AI Act, GDPR).
• Significant experience designing and implementing AI architectures in production.
• Proven expertise with generative AI models.
• In‑depth knowledge of GPU infrastructures.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical reference for project and IT teams.
• Participate in all phases of the AI project lifecycle.
• Define and promote technical standards and AI best practices.
• Provide AI technical expertise and challenge architectural decisions.
• Select and oversee the use of LLMs (large language models).
• Ensure the scalability, robustness and interoperability of models.
• Contribute to defining key environmental performance indicators.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of advances in AI.
• Support cross‑functional teams in adopting AI development best practices.
• Propose and supervise the implementation of technical improvements.
