Jobtailor seeks a Lead Mechanical Analyst to drive thermomechanical analyses for new aircraft engine architectures in collaboration with a 3–5 engineer team.

You will manage fixed-price projects, review models, and serve as the client liaison, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met. Fluency in English and French is required, along with security clearance compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in General Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical analysis and 2 years of experience managing fixed-price engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Ansys Workbench Mechanical.
• Knowledge of linear and nonlinear finite element analysis, including static and modal analyses.
• Expertise in materials fatigue analysis (LCF/HCF).
• Proficiency in a 3D modeling tool: CATIA, Creo, Design Modeler, or SpaceClaim.
• Knowledge of Python or VBA programming.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• The successful candidate must meet the clearance and access authorization requirements for government-controlled sites involving national defense classified information.

Responsabilités
