Jobtailor in Mérignac, France, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Aerospace programs focusing on test-bench development, systems engineering, electronics and mechanics. The role includes pre-sales profitability analysis, risk management, and co-management with Technical Leaders to ensure delivery, quality and schedule.

You will produce internal and external reports and lead progress meetings while aligning resources with demand.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Bac+5 equivalent) in Project Management, Electronics or Embedded Systems.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role within the aerospace sector.
• Autonomous and rigorous; excellent analytical and synthesis skills; strong writing and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Manage one or more aerospace projects including test-bench development (Systems Engineering / Electronics / Mechanical).
• Produce profitability analyses and identify risks and opportunities during the pre-sales phase.
• Co-manage projects with Technical Leaders to ensure delivery, quality and schedule.
• Implement measurement of financial and production performance (Revenue, Margin, Cash; Quality and Schedule).
• Identify performance gaps and lead recovery action plans.
• Manage opportunities and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce internal and external reporting documents and lead progress meetings.
• Manage workload planning to anticipate changes in resources required for service execution.

Description du poste

• You manage one or more projects for our clients in the Aerospace sector involving test-bench development (Systems Engineering / Electronics / Mechanical)
• You produce profitability analyses and identify risks and opportunities during the pre-sales phase
• You co-manage operationally one or more projects alongside the Technical Leaders in the environment
• You implement measurement of financial performance (Revenue, Margin and Cash) and production performance (Quality and Schedule)
• You identify performance gaps and lead recovery action plans
• You manage opportunities and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• You produce internal and external reporting documents and lead progress meetings
• You manage the workload plan to anticipate changes in resources required for the correct execution of the service(s)

Requirements

• Master’s degree (equivalent to French Bac+5) in Engineering (specialization in Project Management, Electronics, or Embedded Systems)
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role within the aerospace sector
• Autonomous and rigorous
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Strong writing skills

• Solid foundations in statistical analysis methods
