- Lead IVVQ activities in line with project constraints and priorities
- Organize and monitor the team’s workload
- Ensure regular monitoring of activities
- Identify the human and material resources required for testing
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and commitments made to project teams
- Ensure compliance with IVVQ methodologies and processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for testing partners and laboratories
- Define and improve test methodologies, from equipment level through system level
- Participate in defining the architecture of test resources and facilities
- Lead or contribute to the drafting of test plans and test protocols
- Participate in preparing and conducting verification, validation, and qualification tests
- Analyze test results and contribute to the analysis of deviations and non-conformities
- Ensure the traceability and compliance of IVVQ activities
- Propose technical solutions to optimize costs and timelines while maintaining quality
- Support team members and help develop their skills in IVVQ practices
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, electronics, embedded systems, or a related field
- Significant experience in IVVQ, ideally gained in complex and highly constrained environments
- Experience managing activities or teams
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, IVVQ processes and the V-model lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, testing methodologies and strategies
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, the architecture and implementation of test benches and test facilities
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, writing test plans and procedures
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, metrology and measurement equipment
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, issues related to embedded systems
- Strong knowledge of, or familiarity with, aerospace environments and their regulatory constraints
- Leadership, communication skills, rigor, and initiative
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, make decisions, and take a proactive approach
- Experience in the defense or aerospace sector
- Experience managing an IVVQ team
- Knowledge of complex embedded-systems environments
- Expertise in issues related to test benches and test facilities
- Knowledge of aerospace standards
- Experience working in environments with stringent safety and security requirements
- Must be eligible for Secret Défense security clearance
- Permanent employment contract only (no freelance)
